To order a half-side of beef, just put down a deposit of $125. The balance is calculated at a rate of $3.95 per pound, dressed weight, and is due on pickup or delivery.  On average, our half sides are about 150lbs of dressed beef, which works out to around $600.  It should last an average family about half a year.

Your half-side will come in individually wrapped cuts, frozen in boxes. You can also create an account profile to set your preferences for custom butchering of your beef — T-bones or striploin steaks, fast-fry cutlets or roasts.  Please note that since you will be sharing your side with another customer, we may not be able to accommodate all of your cutting preferences.

A half-side of beef is roughly equivalent to three of our BBQ Select Boxes.  If you were to buy three boxes, your total would be $652.65, so ordering by the half-side saves you over $50.
