To order a side of beef, just put down a deposit of $250.  The balance is calculated at a rate of $3.95 per pound, dressed weight, and is due on pickup or delivery.  Our average side is around 300lbs dressed weight, which works out to about $1200.  It should last the average family about a year.

Your side will come in individually wrapped cuts, frozen in boxes.  You can also create an account profile to set your preferences for custom butchering of your beef — T-bones or New York strips, fast-fry or roasts.

A side of beef is roughly equivalent to six of our BBQ Select Boxes.  If you were to buy six boxes, your total would be $1,305.30, so ordering by the side saves you over $100.
