Black Angus Beef: recipes and articles about diet and healthWe raise our cattle under a natural health management protocol that keeps them in glowing health.

And before the sides of beef are cut by our butcher, we age them for a full three weeks.  It makes them so tender, you can cut your beef with a fork!

Our herd has the Angus Advantage — we use Black Angus bulls in our herd’s breeding program, for incredibly tasty, tender beef with gorgeous natural marbling.

At Whispering Meadows, we also fully participate in the Quality Starts Here Verified Beef Production Program.  This is a voluntary national on-farm food safety program, that recommends good production practices for beef farmers.
