After we take off the breasts, wings, thighs and drumsticks from our certified organic chickens, we slow-simmer the rest of the meat and bones for 24 hours, with certified organic vegetables and seasonings, to produce a gourmet artisanal chicken stock.
Using chicken stock in your soups, stews, and sauces will give them a deeper richness of flavour, as well as adding extra nutritional benefits. We think that this is the richest and most flavourful chicken stock you can buy anywhere.
Our chickens are raised with kindness, cage-free, and fed on non-GMO organic feeds, with no drugs or antibiotics. We believe that raising them organically helps make this stock as nutrient-rich as possible.

Please note: because this is an all-natural, unfiltered product, some separation will occur. We leave a small amount of chicken fat in the stock, and some particles will sink to the bottom. This is completely normal, and will enhance the flavour of your dishes.
