We offer a number of FREE pickup locations. And also to-your-door meat delivery is FREE to our core delivery areas for orders over $350, to our outer delivery areas for orders above $550, and our northern delivery area for orders above $750. See Option C below for details.
We have a number of different delivery options for you to choose from:
- free pick-up locations;
- Penguin Pickup locations in the GTA, Hamilton, and St Catharines;
- direct delivery to your door;
- or if you are outside of our direct delivery area in Southern Ontario, we have shipping terminal pickup options.
Option A: FREE Pick-up Locations
We have regular drop-offs at a number of locations, where you can pick up your order for free:
- Oakville (Tuesdays):
In Good Company Kitchen, 775 Pacific Rd, Unit 23 — pick up between noon and 5pm on Tuesday.
- Milton (Fridays):
Ennato, 723 Main St E — 10am–4pm pickup, 10am-3pm on Saturdays. Closed Sunday.
- Guelph (Tuesdays & Fridays):
Meyers Meats, 7810 Eastview Rd — 8am–4pm pickup, closed for lunch 12–1pm
- London (Fridays):
The Healthy Lifestyle Store, 4123 Catherine St, Dorchester — 4–6pm pickup Friday, 10am–1pm Saturday
- London-Chatham (every second Friday, on our Windsor schedule):
14842 Graham Rd, West Lorne — 10am–8pm pickup Friday, 9am–1pm Saturday
- Markham (Thursdays):
Ontario Sustainable Agriculture, 7960 Reesor Rd, Markham — 10am–6pm pickup.
- Milverton (by arrangement):

- Orangeville (Wednesdays):
275 Alder Street, Orangeville — 8:00–8:15am on Wednesdays.
- Stoney Creek (Tuesdays & Fridays):
Cuscina Fresca, 455 Barton St Unit 6 (closed Sat & Sun)
- Niagara (Wednesdays):
Small Scale Farms, 13145 Lundy’s Ln, Allanburg — pick up between 10am and 2pm on Wednesday.
- West Grey (Thursdays):
413124 Southgate Twp 41 Siderd, Durham, Grey County — pick up 8am–5pm on Thursday , after notification.
- Bracebridge (once a month): we’ve now added a pick-up location for our Northern shipping area (Area H). Unfortunately because it is far far away from us, we can’t offer free pick-up at this location, but we can meet you there at a greatly reduced rate of $19.95. Select this option at checkout, and we’ll contact you with an exact time when we’ll meet you. We usually meet in the Home Depot parking lot.
For pick-up orders, we will let you know when your order is ready. Please wait until we’ve notified you before coming to pick it up, and please don’t call your pick-up location to ask about your order — they are doing us a favour by holding your delivery for you. Thank you.
All of our pick-up locations have freezers, so if you aren’t able to pick it up on the same day, the next day is also fine (except Oakville which is Tuesday only, and Orangeville which is a meetup location). If you do not pick up your order by the end of the next day, you will be asked for $10 per day for storage.

Option B: Penguin Pick-Up Locations
We’ve partnered with Penguin Pick-Up, who have a number of pick-up locations in the GTA and elsewhere, that are equipped with fridges & freezers to keep your order until you’re ready to come pick it up.
Because they charge us for every drop-off, a $9.95 fee will be added to your order to use their service. However, if your order totals $150 or more, we’ll cover the fee for you.
Each location has its own pick-up day and hours. Please wait until we’ve texted you that your order has been delivered before going to pick it up. These are the fridge & freezer-equipped locations that we use:

You do not need to sign up for an account with Penguin Pick-Up — just show your ID at your pick-up location to claim your order. All orders must be picked up within 2 days after delivery, or you may be charged extra storage fees.
Select one of these pick-up locations as your shipping option at checkout, and we’ll let you know when you can come and pick up your order.
Option C: Delivery To Your Door
If you prefer us to deliver, direct from our farm to your door, we are happy to bring you your meats in our specially-equipped freezer van.
Our delivery rates are a flat fee for up to 250 pounds of total order weight, regardless of the number of boxes. We have set all the delivery fees at or below cost.
- We will notify you the day before/of delivery, and keep you posted on what time to expect your order to arrive.
- All orders are shipped frozen. Deliveries are made in our own Whispering Meadows freezer van, from the farm direct to your home or office.
- Our delivery system will send you automated text messages when your delivery is booked, when we are getting close, and upon delivery. We optimize our delivery route to be as efficient as possible, so we’re sorry, we can’t accept requests for specific delivery times.
- You do not need to be home to meet a delivery — we can transfer your meats into a cooler if you can leave one out for us.
Farm-to-Door Delivery Areas & Rates:
For farm-to-door deliveries, orders will be delivered weekdays between 6am & 6pm. Click here for our upcoming delivery schedule for your area.
If you will not be home to receive your order in person, we suggest that you leave a cooler with minimum inside dimensions of 20”×13”×13”, with frozen freezer packs, for every 30 pounds of meat you ordered.
Please note that our delivery rates are set at or below cost, and reflect the actual expense of providing frozen-goods delivery to your door.
Shipping to our core delivery area is $29.95, and is free for orders above $350.
Shipping to our outer delivery area is $49.95, and is free for orders above $550.
Shipping to our northern delivery area is $69.95, and is free for orders above $750.

Shipping is free to our core delivery areas for orders of $350 or above, to our outer delivery areas for orders of $550 or above, and to our northern delivery area for orders of $750 or above — including orders of sides of beef or whole hogs. Free delivery does not apply outside of our regular delivery areas. Delivery rates are subject to HST.
Option D: Shipping Terminal Pick-up:
If you are outside of our regular shipping areas, we can deliver your package to a shipping terminal near you. We ship your meats frozen with Erb Transport (www.erbgroup.com).
Please note: there are ever-increasing fuel surcharges on every shipment, so unfortunately the delivery fee to these areas have had to be raised significantly. We offer you these shipping options at cost.
