Our ready-made 1/8-cow butcher’s box comes with half of everything that’s in a standard 1/2 side of beef, and without the wait of putting in a custom order. It gives you a 21% discount compared to ordering all of the cuts individually, or a 22% discount on grassfed beef.
You get 55 pounds of premium, pasture-raised, dry-aged Angus beef, in individually packaged cuts. This amount of beef will fill most of a standard fridge freezer, or around 1/4 of an average chest freezer, so you won’t have to stock up on beef again for quite a while.

Although it rarely happens, if we happen to be temporarily out of stock on any of the cuts included in this butcher’s box, we’ll replace it with another cut of equal or greater value. No substitutions please — if you prefer a different selection of cuts, you can order a custom-cut half-side of beef instead.
