1/8-Cow Butcher Box

Our ready-made 1/8-cow butcher’s box comes with half of everything that’s in a standard 1/2 side of beef, and without the wait of putting in a custom order.  It gives you a 21% discount compared to ordering all of the cuts individually, or a 22% discount on grassfed beef.

You get 55 pounds of premium, pasture-raised, dry-aged Angus beef, in individually packaged cuts.  This amount of beef will fill most of a standard fridge freezer, or around 1/4 of an average chest freezer, so you won’t have to stock up on beef again for quite a while.
 

Here’s everything that’s included:

• 1 package of tenderloin steaks
• 2 T-bone steaks
• 2 New York striploin steaks
• 2 rib steaks
• 2 sirloin steaks
   
• 1 blade roast
• 1 rump roast
• 1 short rib roast
   
• 2 packages of osso buco
• 1 package of soup bones (also great for dog treats!)
   
• 5 packages of fast-fry beef
• 5 packages of stewing beef
• 5 packages of beef burgers (4 patties per package)
• 20 packages of ground beef
   

Each of these cuts comes in a vacuum sealed package.  Approximately 60 pounds of beef in total, flash-frozen at its peak of freshness, and with free shipping to your door to just about any address in Southern Ontario.

Although it rarely happens, if we happen to be temporarily out of stock on any of the cuts included in this butcher’s box, we’ll replace it with another cut of equal or greater value.  No substitutions please — if you prefer a different selection of cuts, you can order a custom-cut half-side of beef instead.
