Ground Beef

Our premium ground beef is made from offcuts of our steaks and roasts.  It is cut from our naturally pasture-raised cattle which have been dry-aged for 3 weeks, then hand-butchered by our local family-run butcher.  We think you’ll find that the quality is exceptional, and gives you an outstanding flavour experience.
