We’ve made burger patties from our organic ground chicken, to make it easy for you to cook up a chicken burger any time. You get a pound and a half of chicken meat in four patties, so each burger will be both delicious and fulfilling.
Each chicken-burger patty contains our certified organic, free-range ground chicken — and nothing else. No additives, fillers, preservatives, colourings, or MSG. Just pure, lean and delicious chicken, ready to grill up and build into your favourite style of burger.
We blend white and dark meat in just the right proportions to give you maximum flavour, lightness, and tenderness. We recommend that you grill them at very high heat in a little oil to get a nicely caramelized outer surface. Avoid pressing them, or turning them more than once, and use an instant-read thermometer to bring the internal temperature up to 150°F (65°C). The result will be lean and delicious chicken burgers that are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavour.
