We’ve made burger patties from our organic ground chicken, to make it easy for you to cook up a chicken burger any time. You get a pound and a half of chicken meat in four patties, so each burger will be both delicious and fulfilling.
Each chicken-burger patty contains our certified organic, free-range ground chicken — and nothing else. No additives, fillers, preservatives, colourings, or MSG. Just pure, lean and delicious chicken, ready to grill up and build into your favourite style of burger.
We blend white and dark meat in just the right proportions to give you maximum flavour, lightness, and tenderness.
We recommend that you defrost them overnight in the fridge, then pan-fry at medium heat in a little oil. Turn once after they release from the pan, in about 8 minutes. Then turn and cook the second side for around 6 minutes — use an instant-read thermometer to bring the internal temperature up to 150°F (65°C). Avoid pressing them, or turning them more than once, and you’ll get a tender, lean and delicious burger that’s packed with flavour, with a nicely caramelized outer crust.
You can also cook them directly from frozen, by lightly oiling them on all sides, and placing them on a cookie sheet in a 375°F (190°C) oven. After about 12 minutes, or when they release easily, clean off any excess juices, and turn once. Then cook to an internal temperature of 150°F (65°C), about another 8 minutes. Every oven is different, so your timings may vary.
