Our Ontario raw wildflower honey is unfiltered, and produced with organic growing methods. Our raw wildflower honey has a delicate yet complex flavour. Because it’s hand extracted and unfiltered, it retains a hint of beeswax aroma, along with the light scent of countless wildflowers.

Like all of our products, this honey is produced with organic methods — and with the greatest care and respect towards the bees that make it.

Raw unfiltered honey tends to crystallize in the jar after some time. Many people like it this way, but if you prefer your honey liquid, you can simply place the sealed jar in some warm water and the crystals will melt again.

We think you’ll find this honey to be a special, delicate treat. It’s especially delicious in a herbal tea, where it adds a beautiful floral note.
