This much-loved Polish sausage has been adopted by many other cultures around the world. As-is, it’s ready-to-eat, but to really take it to the next level, cut it into thick slices and give it a quick sear in a very hot pan to really bring out the flavour.
Kielbasa is really versatile — you can slice it and pan-sear it for breakfast, cube it for soups, salads, or pasta, slice it diagonally for lunch meats, or slice it across for pizza toppings.
Our kielbasa is made with our certified organic pork, and flavoured with garlic, whole peppercorns, and just a touch of maple syrup. It looks great on a charcuterie board, or you can add it as a gourmet pizza topping.
