Whispering Meadows brings you naturally-raised, grass-fed lamb that is free range and pasture raised with zero antibiotics or artificial hormones. Order online direct from our farm!

Our lamb sausages contain only premium cuts of lamb, with just enough fat included to give them maximum flavour, and no other ingredients.  We keep them plain and simple, so you can add your own levels of salt and seasonings.

We recommend poaching your lamb sausages in boiling water, cooking them to an internal temperature of around 135°F (57°C).  Then poke just a few holes in them, and give them a pan sear or grill to give them a beautiful outer crust.
