Order a whole, half, or quarter hog
Ordering this way gives you a significant volume discount, compared to ordering each of the cuts separately. Your discount increases with your order size:

Shipping is free to Southern Ontario for orders that contain a half or whole hog. Depending on your location and total order size, you may also qualify for free shipping with the order of a quarter hog.

A half hog will give you double these amounts, and a whole hog will be four times this much pork.
Each individual cut may vary ±10% in weight, so we check each order to make sure that we give you the same total weight for everything.
Please note that no organ meats are included with your pork.
The meat ships to you frozen in convenient 10”×12”×20” boxes, with individually vacuum-sealed cuts of pork. One quarter hog fills about 1/4 of an average fridge freezer, or 1/8 of an 8 cubic-foot chest freezer.
