Chicken Sausage Pasta Recipe

This easy pasta dish is ready in around 15 minutes…

…and is packed with both nutrients, and mouthwatering flavour!


  • 300g organic fusilli pasta
  • 4 organic chicken sausages
  • 4-5 cloves garlic — minced
  • 1/2 onion — sliced into rounds
  • 6 cups spinach
  • Sea salt + pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 cup bone broth or chicken stock (can also use white wine if desired)

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions on package.
  2. Brown sausage in a cast iron skillet for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove sausage, slice and add back to the pan.
  4. Sauté until cooked through — about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add salt, pepper, herbs and broth.  Bring to a simmer.
  7. Add cooked pasta and spinach to the pan, and stir until spinach has wilted.
