Pork Tenderloin Maple Roast

Pork tenderloin is a lean yet extremely tender cut that will give you a quick & easy gourmet meal.  It tastes best with additional flavours added, as with our maple glaze below.  And for maximum flavour, we recommend our certified organic pork tenderloin — order online and we’ll deliver to your door, anywhere in Southern Ontario.

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Tenderloin Rub: 1 tsp each — paprika, garlic, sea salt, pepper

Maple glaze:

  • 1.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
