Smoked Bacon
Our salt-cured and smoked bacon comes from the pork belly of our own heritage Tamworth hogs — raised without antibiotics or synthetic hormones, on free-range pasture, with organically-grown feed. The meat is hung to dry-age for three weeks before being hand-cut by our craft butcher.
This bacon has exceptional flavour, either on its own, as a wrap, in sandwiches, or crumbled into other foods. Made only from organically pasture-raised heritage pork. No artificial ingredients, and no synthetic nitrates or nitrites.
Sliced Ham
Our sliced ham is thick-cut from our maple-smoked cooked hams, and offered in one-pound packages. It’s ready to eat, and an easy way to get organic meats into your lunches for work and school.
Made from our certified organic pork, with 100% all-natural ingredients. It is lightly smoked, with a hint of real maple syrup, and it’s melt-in-your-mouth tender.
Gourmet Handmade Sausages
These artisanal sausages are made from our naturally-raised heritage pork, using 100% certified organic seasonings. They are locally hand-crafted, using natural casings, with no fillers, no nitrates, no preservatives, and no MSG. The pork is raised on natural pasture and non-GMO organic grains, with zero antibiotics, synthetic hormones or other drugs. We have three mouthwatering flavours for you to choose from:
Barbeque Sausages are a great lunch or dinner sausage, with a tangy, slightly smoky flavour. They are a nice size to fit in a bun, where you can add your favourite condiments; or dress them up on a plate for a full meal.
Italian Sausages are the same size as the Barbeque Sausages, with a more aromatic flavour profile inspired by country Italian cooking.
Maple Breakfast Sausages are a miniature size, packed with flavour. Slightly sweeter, they make a perfect accompaniment to eggs, waffles, and pancakes.
Gourmet Beef Jerky
Whispering Meadows is proud to offer you our premium gourmet all-natural beef jerky. We worked with a professional chef to create three delicious flavours, all made with our own Whispering Meadows pasture-raised Black Angus beef, and using certified organic spices and seasonings.
We offer each flavour in a protein-rich 60g package, to give you the convenience of having an easy nutritious snack available anytime. They’re especially great for kids — in lunches or for a healthy after-school snack.
You’ll find all of the flavours to be rich and complex, with a great mouthfeel and a long finish. They are very high in protein, and 98% fat-free. This may be the best jerky you can find anywhere!

“Smoky BBQ” is a barbeque-flavoured beef jerky. Its seasonings are based in a tomato reduction, with a mild spiciness and a hint of smoke.
“Asian Fusion” is inspired by Thai, Szechuan, and other Asian cuisines, and has a unique blend of flavours with just a little heat.
“Aztec Spice” is medium spicy, and has a mole poblano flavour profile that takes its inspiration from ancient Central American ingredients.

Chicken Stock and Bone Broth
We take the bones from our organic chickens and pasture-raised cattle, and simmer them for 24 hours with organic vegetables and seasonings, to produce what we think is the richest, most flavourful, and nutrient-packed stock & broth you can buy anywhere.
