Order online direct from our farm!Our ready-made 1/4-cow butcher’s box comes with everything that’s in a standard 1/2 side of beef, and without the wait of ordering it custom cut.

Here’s everything that’s included:

  • Naturally raised Angus beef grass-fed on organic pastures, order online at Whispering Meadows with delivery to your door.2 packages of tenderloin steaks
  • 4 T-bone steaks
  • 4 New York striploin steaks
  • 4 rib steaks
  • 4 sirloin steaks
     
  • 2 blade roasts
  • Order a side of beef direct from the farm and save - naturally-raised, grassfed or grain-finished Black Angus beef2 rump roasts
  • 2 short rib roasts
     
  • 2 packages of soup bones
  • 4 packages of osso buco
     
  • 10 packages of fast-fry beef
  • 10 packages of stewing beef
  • 10 packages of beef burgers (4 patties per package)
  • 40 packages of ground beef
     

Each of these cuts comes in a vacuum sealed package.  Approximately 120 pounds of beef in total, for a 23.5% savings compared to buying everything individually.

Your beef is flash-frozen at its peak of freshness, and maintained at deep-freeze temperatures while being delivered in our custom freezer van.  This selection comes with free shipping to your door to just about any address in Southern Ontario.

If we happen to be temporarily out of stock on any of the cuts included in this butcher’s box, we’ll replace it with another cut of equal or greater value.  No substitutions please — if you prefer a different selection of cuts, you can order a custom-cut half-side of beef for even greater savings.
