Each steak box comes with a nice selection of our premium steaks: a mix of tenderloin, T-bone, rib steak, New York strip, and sirloin steaks.
All of our steaks come from our genuinely grassfed, free-range Angus cattle — raised on organic pastures, treated with care and kindness, and never given steroids, synthetic hormones, or antibiotics. And we give you the choice between fully grassfed beef, or grassfed + grain finished.
Our artisanal butcher hand cuts each steak, vacuum seals them, and flash-freezes them at their peak of freshness. You’ll have a great selection of steaks ready to go at any time. Read our chef’s tips for cooking steak direct from frozen.
Your 15-pound steak box nominally comes with all of these steaks:
- 3 or 4 New York strip steaks,
- 3 or 4 rib steaks,
- 3 or 4 sirloin steaks,
- 3 or 4 T-bone steaks,
- 2 packages of tenderloin steaks.
Depending on their actual weight and availability, we may adjust your box contents slightly. We always make sure you get at least the stated weight and value.
