$12.60lb. dressed weight when purchasing a side of beef (325lbs. avg weight)

$11.90lb. dressed weight when purchasing a whole beef (650 lbs. avg weight)

When you order beef in this manner, you will get approximately 65% of the dressed weight as the actual meat. For example, a dressed weight of 325 lbs yields about 211 lbs of meat to put in your freezer.

We dry age the meat for 14 days before cutting and freezing it.

All cuts are vacuum-sealed to ensure longevity in your freezer. As long as the packaging remains intact, the beef will stay fresh for at least a year.

Side of beef: 6-9 cubic feet
Whole beef: 12-15 cubic feet

Once we receive the deposit for a side or whole beef, we will email you a cut sheet.

If you place your order before the 20th of the month, you will receive your beef within 4-6 weeks after the 20th.
